We will be hosting a non-sanctioned power meet here on February 11, 2012. Why? If you are looking at doing a power lifting meet this is a great way to find out what you need to know. If you are strong and want to see how strong, this is a great way to find out. Lastly is will be a fun and encouraging atmosphere.
